What requirements should the core of the environmental WPC floor meet?

Environmental WPC floor is a floor made of wood and plastic composite materials. It can be used not only for interior and exterior decoration but also to indoor floor. As the most important core part of environmental protection WPC flooring, the difficulty of producing core layer is uniform density and dimensional stability after heating. The most common test we can do is to test the stability of WPC floor material by heating.

 

The test requirements are usually 80 degrees Celsius and the test time is 4 hours. The items measured are: deformation less than 2mm, longitudinal shrinkage rate less than 2%, transverse shrinkage rate less than 0.3%. However, the production of WPC core layer should not only meet the standard products, but also control the cost.

 

At present, a new type of WPC core is used in the environmental WPC floor. It is CWPC, which adds wood powder and straw to the common PVC foaming products, and can see the trace of wood powder clearly on the surface.
